I can tell everyone it's 3 weeks till I'll be going to England! and 2 weeks till I'm turning 17;D
The weather is cold and wet now, after THREE WEEKS with HOThothooot weather;p
I have gone camping alot and been in a poolparty.

thirtyniiine days left ;)

Today it's 39 days left till the day I will arrive in my English home!!:D
I have alot to do as I got to start packing and empty my room! My room is just a big mess at the moment and I haven't even started to think what to bring to England x)
The weather here in the north is pretty warm, well warm for us. it's +22 and the sun is shining! But I can't enjoy it As much becuase I got some eyeinfection and has to use 3 types of medicine for the next 3 days. Wish me luck :))
I hope to be having some fun with friends during the next last weeks in norway:) Going to miss them soo much when I leave and want to make the best out of it.

Anyway, I don't really have much else to write about today :) I'm still waiting to get the exact travelling date from the EF-exchange program, though I have a clue I'll be leaving 29th, then sleep One night at a camp before we get a lift to our homes :)

Breakup..

Well, what can I say. Broke up with my boyfriend about 3 days ago
.Were some reasons, but,you know, sometimes that's just the way it is. After all, we live in two different countries.
Were some discussing for a while, but now it's worked out. And we still remain friends and he is coming to my town on the 29th. Just hope it'll all work out then too. Wish us luck with that :)

Appart from that the weather sucks here! It's July and we've had +4 the other night :S what kinda summer is this ? Should be MINIMUM +15 becuase of the fact we live in the north, but this is just mental.
Will go with some friends to see IceAge3 this week. Looking forward to it, because have heard it's pretty good. Will probably see the norwegian version tho. Like the voice of Sid in the norwegian one.
Today we've also booked tickets for the Harry Potter 6 premiere which is on the 17th here. I know, it's on the 15th in England...not fair, but ah well..

Helloo everyone :)
Been having a nice weekend with friends camping and celebrating a friends birthday. We camped for 2 nights and had to fight against musqitos and eating too many hotdogs!! But it was a great time and tho the weather started badly with rain and chilly wind, it got better during the days and the last day it was HOT.
The next day it was "Sant Hans" and we went swimming for the first time in a lake and later we BBQ'ed with the family outside our house !:D

Today I have been to the doctor. Often got a headache,and found out it's cause of stress. He said I should do jogging and the like because that helps. so I will do a lot of jogging this summer :)

Appart from that my hostmother has asked me if I want to join them for a 3-day holiday in October. It'll be near Blackpool and hopefully they will manage to book it. It's a sort of Villa and WOW it looks AWESOME!

Appart from all this it's soon only TWO MONTHS left in Norway before I go to England for a whole year! I am reeeeally excited about it all. Got a lot to prepare this summer, tho my parents want me to help working. moving cottage, getting wood for winter, empty my room...etc etc... and I thought I could RELAX the last time before I go but noooooo.

Summerholiday finally :)

Hi there!
Finally summer :D Didn't get any exams. Might sound weird for many but in Norway it's very normal. You can only get One written exam and One oral exam. I was lucky and didn't get Any of them.
I have been on an EF-meeting last weekend with the other exchangestudents. It was interesting tho didn't really get as much information about UK as USA.
Today I got an EF-bag and a t-shirt from EF today. we Have to use the bag on the airport so that they can see that we're exchangestudents xP....it's compleetely black with just a liittle blue pattern at the right corner. ah well, will just wear it anyway I guess.

Anyways, going to put on some pictures from the weekend I spent with Richard in Tromsø after the EF meeting and shopping with mum =)

As you see my name is disappearing! I were talking to my host brother the other night and he said he'll probably call me El. In Norway we have a way of saying Elise, and when I got an English boyfriend he used my English name which is more like Eliiis..and now El ? this will be interesting, what's next?

I've had this week off :D And I have enjoyed it Alot. Been out with friends, pwning everyone in bowling and a bit in PingPong ;D And we have even had WARM weather today! How great can things get. Now I only have 2 days left with holiday and will take it easy and go to bed early..compared to the last Couple of nights where I have gone to bed no later than 3,4,5. *looks at time* - I'm getting better, it's
only 1am! yaay... hmm..i know, i can do better.
Today it's TWO WEEKS till the weekend with my beloved Richard <3 I'm going on an exchange-meeting in this other town, and Rich will come to stay for 4 days. Sad thing is that I can only stay 2 days!!!! - *sadface*
Next time we will meet is August 4th. CAN'T WAIT!
Have a LOT to do this summer. Empty my room and the like. prepare for leaving for 10 Months.. Plus to get a summerjob for 2 weeks so that I can go to Platanias, Crete when i come home from England ! WOOOT

where is the warm weather?

it's +7 outside today! I really think the summer should get here a lot quicker. we Have had some nice days with sun and warm temperature, but I wouldn't mind more.
Today you even felt like using a scarf.
I started at 10.15 today so I slept 1,5 hour longer!! wooot
Almost all of the 1st graders headed to our towns College to watch a man talking about Filming and the like. 4 hours with some talk but also clips of different films. He even showed us the worlds first film!! wow, weird. it was only a train stopping and people walking around. haha was cool though.
At the moment I'm at home, alone, watching MacGyver on TV and chatting to my boyfriend and other friends. I will have to read for a big science-test on friday!! I have a feeling it will be complicated, becuase our teacher loves to give us LOADS of tasks. He wants us to work till our hands fall off!!
Here in Norway "6" is the best grade. and 1 is the worst grade. (1,2,3,4,5,6)
I have a strong 3 now (which is a pass grade) but I managed to get 4 on last test, so I'm sooo close to get 4 as a final-grade in science. Therefore he gives me an extra test to see if I can manage to do that. WISH ME LUCK!

But nooow everyone, I'm hungry and would like some food.
So will have to leave the blog for FOOD, and blog some other time.
